Individual Therapy

I offer 50-minute sessions for individuals on a weekly basis.

With contracts, either short-term or long-term, which are tailored according to each individual's needs.

Often, individuals come to therapy for support and to make sense of what is happening in their lives right now.  It offers them the space to explore themselves and their relationships and what got them to where they are now, with a view to nurture and develop the individual. 

Group Therapy

I offer one and a half hour group sessions once or twice weekly. Group therapy provides a unique space for its members to explore problems like depression, bereavement, anxiety, addictions etc. The group generally uncovers several points of view for any problem that is brought to the group and this provides the opportunity to learn from each other. Furthermore, group therapy is particularly useful for individuals that struggle with expressing their feelings and needs and have difficulty maintaining meaningful relationships. The group through its interaction with others provides a unique opportunity to explore ways to develop richer and stronger bonds with others.

First sessions give us a chance to meet one another and decide if we can work together.
In these sessions, I am interested in learning about you, what has brought you to therapy, what you'd like to gain from it, and any hopes and worries you may have about your past, present, or future. 

I'd like to know a bit about your family history and your present situation, and you are also free to ask me questions about the way I work.

By the end of this session, we should be able to decide together the best way forward.
